Yes, however please remember to book an appointment as we work by appointment only.
How should I take best care of my garments?
Given we use all natural fibres and fabrics, we advise against over dry cleaning them. 2-4 times per year is the optimal amount, or if they have visible stains. Giving your garments a regular steam will ensure they keep smelling fresh but above all incorporating the Woolcott St rotation policy will ensure you get the best value and longevity out of your clothing.
Do you offer any rewards for referrals?
Our business has grown mainly through the help of our clients, we are very grateful for this and we reward those who help us. We will make you a custom shirt for every person you refer that joins the Woolcott St family and spends over $500. If you refer 8 people that join the Woolcott St family we will credit you with $900 to use towards a Woolcott St order.
Can you make a suit out of fabric I have sourced?
Woolcott St can produce a garment out of fabric you have sourced. Please make sure you have purchased the correct meterage. However as we specialise in sourcing our own cloth, we highly advise you allow us to complete the process from start to finish.
Can you copy my garment?
Yes, if you like the way your garment fits then we can take measurements from this garment and copy. Please bring it to your Woolcott St Fitting.
Do you have corporate packages?
Yes, we specialise in corporate packages. please email or call us to discuss a package that is unique to your organisation. We offer discounts based on volume so every corporate package is different.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Woolcott St offers gift vouchers for bespoke tailoring services. Please email or call us to organise a gift voucher.
My garment(s) are damaged or faulty, what do I do?
We put 100% guarantee on everything that we do. If a garment is damaged or faulty please let us know immediately so that we can rectify.
What happens if garment(s) don’t fit?
If the garments don’t fit due to measurement error, Woolcott St will remake your garments at no extra cost. We have procedures in place and work hard to make sure you get the right fit.
What is your refund policy?
If the garments are unable to be altered, determined using fair and reasonable judgement, Woolcott St will remake the order at no extra cost to the customer. All of our garments are made specifically using individual measurements and therefore can not be refunded due to change of mind. Customers may exchange full priced products within 30 days of delivery of garments if products are deemed to have a manufacturing defect.
What if my suit needs further adjustments?
If alterations are needed for a new order Woolcott St will cover the cost locally, valid for up to 30 days after delivery.
What is your payment policy?
We don’t expect you to pay everything upfront before receiving any garments. We require a 50% deposit to secure your order, with the balance payable on delivery.
I’m in a rush, do you offer express turnaround times?
Yes! We offer express turnaround times, charges apply and vary depending on the size of the order.
What is the turnaround time for a suit?
The turnaround varies based on the collection and client and can range from 4 weeks to 6 weeks for our hand made Heritage Collection.
How are your garments constructed?
Our manufacturing procedures range from machine made to completely hand-cut hand-sewn and hand-made. We use a variety of canvassing and hand made options based on your budget.
What selection of fabrics can I choose from?
We source all kinds fabrics for suits, shirts, jackets, trousers and overcoats from some of the oldest and finest cloth merchants in the world, predominantly the most esteemed Italian, English and French major cloth fashion houses.
We stock Wool, Cotton, Linen, Cashmere, Silk and Mohair. Each type of fabric has different benefits depending each individual’s personal needs and wants.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, you will need to book an appointment in order for one of our tailors to gather measurements, advise cloth and decide on styling. Book your appointment here.
Do you come to my office or home?
As travelling tailors, we come to you whether it be your home or office. At present time, we service the greater Sydney area in person. If you live outside of this area we have measures in place to service you.
How many fittings will I have?
Generally, you will have at least two fittings before final delivery of garments.
Can I measure myself?
In order to get the best results, we highly recommend allowing our tailors to gather all necessary measurements and body preferences in person. If this is not an option, we have procedures in place to assist you in taking your own measurements.
