Delivery
At Woolcott St., we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $199. This exclusive service is available to our customers across Australia, reflecting our commitment to excellent service and value.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within Australia, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to our customers.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $199: A flat-rate shipping fee of $10.95 is applied at checkout.
Orders over $199: Enjoy complimentary shipping for all orders over $199.
Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 2-3 business days.
Delivery: Your product/s should arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location in Australia.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Packaging
Every Woolcott St. order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Woolcott St. Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy
At Woolcott St., we aim to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, we offer a 14-day return policy, effective from the day of delivery.
Return Conditions
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Goods: ALL returned items MUST be:
- Unworn
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached and packaging included
- Without perfume or deodorant smells
- Without stains or marks
Returns Slip: Each order will include a Returns slip. This slip must be filled out and included in your return parcel with a return authorisation number included. If you can’t find your Returns slip, simply email customercare@nullwoolcottst.com.au for a new one.
We will not accept returns that do not include a returns slip.
If the returned garment/s do not match the above conditions, we will contact you to provide further details.
Woolcott St reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected.
You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned back to you. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days then they will be donated.
Conditions Of Return
Please submit your return request within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. We recommend the use of tracked shipping. Woolcott St is not responsible if your return goes missing in a delivery.
Returns Slip Inclusion: Ensure the provided Returns slip is included in your parcel. If misplaced, contact us for a replacement.
Returns must be received within a 14 day period from date of approval. Returns of faulty garments must be sent off within 7 days of approval by a customer service team member.
Returns Processing: Once your return has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.
In-Store Returns and Exchanges
Sydney Showroom Option: For customers in Sydney, we offer the option to return or exchange items in person at our Sydney showroom. This must be within the 14-day returns period.
Size Exchange: If you require a different size or colour, you can exchange your item for free at our showroom. Please note you may only exchange an item once.
Appointment Required: Please contact customercare@nullwoolcottst.com.au to arrange an appointment for your in-store return or exchange.
Faulty Items
All Woolcott St. orders are inspected thoroughly for faults by our Customer Care team before being dispatched.
If your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect garment, please email customercare@nullwoolcottst.com.au to initiate a return. In your original email please include pictures of the fault within 7 days of receiving your garment/s. Items must be assessed by our team before initiating the returns process.
Once the item has been deemed faulty/incorrect by a customer service team member, you’re able to return the item for an exchange or refund. Our team will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
How To Return An Item
- To initiate a return, email customercare@nullwoolcottst.com.au to request a return authorisation number.
- Include your return authorisation number on the returns slip in your return parcel and ship the item back to us at:

Misplaced Or Lost Returns
If you are returning an item to us, please use tracked shipping only. Please note that if you do not use tracked shipping there is no guarantee we will be able to locate your parcel.
